Shipping policy
We are committed to providing you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, meanwhile ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
SHIPPING TIMES
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of ordering and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.
We offer free shipping on orders over $70 USD. For orders below $70, the shipping fee is $5.

- United States: 5-10 Business Days
- United Kingdom: 5-8 Days
- Canada: 6-10 Days
- Mainland Europe: 6-10 Days
- Australia and New Zealand: 6-10 Days
- Middle East: 6-12 Days
- Rest of the world: 6-15 Days

You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by email.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.
Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
Returns
Every order comes with Free Returns (paid for by us) for up to 30 days after receiving your item.
The items have to be in "mint" or "brand new" condition when returned.
Once your items have been returned, our warehouse staff will inspect them for any signs of damage or wear/tear. If they confirm they're in "brand new", "mint" condition they will restock your order at which point we will refund your order as well as notify you that your order has been successfully returned and refunded.
Does this mean if I've touched it that it's considered "worn/damaged"? - No. You absolutely may try it on (albeit carefully) and if you find that the fit is not right or for whatever reason you don't want to keep the item then simply place it back in its packaging the same way it came and contact us and our team will be happy to process your return.
How to initiate a return:
To initiate a return please contact our customer care team by emailing us at aleatherus@gmail.com and one of our customer care agents will take good care of you and help guide you through the return process for your specific location/country.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item, the return shipping will be covered by us, however you'll need to cover the shipping costs of re-sending you the replacement (up to a maximum of $9).
1-Year Warranty
All A'leather items come with a 1-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects.
Simply send us your original proof of purchase.
